What This Seminar Is

Lesser-known strategies that make
homeownership attainable — faster and easier
in today's economy.

Most first-time buyers get the same advice: save longer, work harder, wait until rates drop. We're here to teach you what the playbook leaves out — the structures, partnerships, and programs agents and lenders tend to skip because they don't fit a one-size script.

In one focused 2-hour event, you'll see how real buyers — with regular jobs and imperfect credit — are getting into homes years sooner than the standard path allows, and whether one of these strategies fits your situation.

Attendee Bonus
After the seminar, you'll get a private invite to our member groups — so you can network with other aspiring co-buyers in your area.

How We Help

Three services, one team,
built around your path to actually
owning something in America.

The seminar is where it starts. What comes next is the actual work — and we walk it with you, every step.

01

Homeownership Coaching

One-on-one guidance through the entire journey — from your first questions about co-buying to the day you close. We translate the jargon, set realistic timelines, and keep you moving forward without the overwhelm.

02

Credit Optimization

An honest read on where your credit stands today and the quickest, most efficient path forward. Because we work the lender side, we know the tips and tricks that speed it along — no gimmicks, no "credit repair" promises.

03

Real Estate Services

When you're ready to look, you're paired with Mattie — who understands how hard it is to become a homeowner today. You're not a smaller commission. You're not a lesser buyer. You're a future homeowner — and we are in your corner every step of the way.

Why We Do This

No one wants to work with first-time homebuyers who can't buy on their own. We do.

We want homeownership to be possible for you — by showing you alternative paths that get you into a home you actually want, without having to work 60 hours a week to qualify. Coaching, credit optimization, and an agent who understands your situation. Under one roof. Built for people the system has overlooked.

We are the real estate and mortgage
professionals who choose innovation
over excuses.

Common Questions

Answered honestly.

Do I have to bring a co-buyer with me?+
No. Many people come solo to learn whether co-buying is even right for them — and to figure out who in their life might be a fit. You'll leave with the questions to ask, not pressure to find someone overnight.
What's the difference between co-buyer, co-borrower, and co-owner?+
Good question — they get used interchangeably, but they're not the same. Co-borrowers are both on the mortgage. Co-owners are both on the title. Co-buyer is the plain-English term we use for the whole arrangement. We'll cover when each structure makes sense — and the legal protections to put in place — at the seminar.
Is this a sales pitch?+
No. It's an education-first evening. If you decide later you want to work with Matilda or get pre-approved with Jeff, that conversation is yours to start — not ours to push.
What does "two homeowners in 18 months" actually mean?+
It means two co-buyers help each other buy a home together — then, after about 12 months, turn around and use our structured process to buy the second home. We didn't write the rules. The fact is it's easier for two people to buy two homes than for one person to buy one. We'll walk through the real timeline, the numbers, and the need-to-knows at the seminar.
Do I need good credit to come?+
Come as you are. Part of the evening is understanding where your credit stands today and what specific steps move it forward. Bring questions, not a credit report.
When is the next seminar?+
Seminars are scheduled regularly throughout the year. Join the interest list above and you'll be notified the moment the next date is set — along with the venue, time, and how to confirm your seat. Or call 938-233-7922 if you'd rather set up a one-on-one conversation in the meantime.
Is this only for Scottsboro buyers?+
No. The seminar is held in Scottsboro, but the strategies apply across North Alabama — Huntsville, Guntersville, Athens, Fort Payne, and surrounding communities.

You're not stuck.
You just need a different path.

If you've been told "not yet," come hear how first-time buyers in North Alabama are getting in sooner.
